Transacta Retail Consultants perform “Day in the Life” sessions with key retail personnel in the store and head office to determine the business processes and to help Transacta configure the Vision BeanStore application to bring best practice to the organisation.
Breathe Easy is a fixed price consultancy providing the following:
- “Day in the Life” process walkthroughs for each business process impacted by the POS
- Configuration of the base system to reflect best practice and the customer’s procedures
- Documentation of the configuration including complete process flow diagrams.
Breathe Easy does not include software customisations which are charged for separately.
