These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in New South Wales, Australia.

You hereby irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts located in Sydney, Australia and any Courts which may hear appeals from those Courts in respect of any proceedings in connection with these Terms and Conditions or in relation to your access and use of the Site or its Contents.


You agree to use the User Forum (the Forum) only to post, send and receive messages and material that is appropriate and proper.

You agree, through your use of the Forum, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person’s privacy, or otherwise in violation of any law.
